Here’s what we did today:
Drank the last of our Jamaican coffee.
Spent way too long on ticketmonster’s website trying in vain to get decent tickets to The Cure‘s September concert. (We did get tickets, though.)
Grabbed a turkey sandwich at Weaver Street Market.
Considered Flor carpeting for our guest room.
Looked at expensive but nice front doors for the house.
Toured the Botanical Gardens.
Picked up our coffee table and lamps from the Ecko warehouse.
Set up coffee table and lamps from Ecko.
Talked with our neighbors and borrowed gardening tools.
Shopped for a TV stand. Found TV stand. (Didn’t buy TV stand.)
Realized that buying a TV is much more complicated than the last time we bought one (well, it was a decade ago).
Ate dinner at Red Robin.
Bought light bulbs at Lowe’s.
Mopped the bathroom floor.
Spent most of the day in the car.
Today was our running around day. Tomorrow is our staying-at-home-and-getting-back-to-house-projects day.
